We scope before we teach.
A strategy session — where your operation is, what you run, what you want AI to do. We go home and build the workshop plan.
BY01 is an AI Operations Studio. We built a cortex — an operational brain — to run our own company, before this was a category. Now we build, teach, and research them for others.
Not “here's how to install Claude.” Not generic prompt advice. We scope your operation first — your tools, your goals, the work that eats your team's week — then run a half-day built entirely around it. Two parts, one package.
A strategy session — where your operation is, what you run, what you want AI to do. We go home and build the workshop plan.
A half-day with your team — hands-on, on your real work, your company pre-loaded. People leave able to use it, not just having seen it.
It started as an experiment — how much of a company could we actually encode? Decisions, voice, memory, the way the work really gets done. The experiment never stopped. It became the thing our whole studio runs on — a build serious enough to be a venture of its own. We didn't set out to start an AI company; we were a studio that needed a brain, found nothing worth buying, and built one. That's the proof that matters: we've been operating a cortex for years, not selling a slide about one. This is the cortex we built for ourselves.
Three sources of truth, joined at render time.
Repo · VPS DB (SQLite + FTS5) · Attio CRM
Two rendering layers. Operator cockpit and institutional knowledge.
hub.haegghaegg.se · docs.haegghaegg.se
Twenty-four agent skills running today.
outreach · jobsearch · build-list · engage · session · brief · ops · maintain · promote · enforce · library · skill-writer · …
Slack as intake feeder and multiplayer comms.
Cross-channel feeds · bot-fed task queue · presence pings
Seven connected workspaces. Agent-callable from any session.
Attio (×2) · Gmail (×3) · Calendar · Drive · GitHub · Figma · …
Continuous input feeders. The brain reads the world without being asked.
Warmth · Activities · RSSHub · Linkup · Exa · Chrome agent
FTS5-searchable persistent memory across sessions.
Items · digests · cross-session recall · inspiration captures
Operator coordination layer. Two people, one cortex.
Sessions · live presence · audit log · CODEOWNERS · worktrees · daily digest cron
Editorial imagery without traditional constraints.
Brand DNA, voice rules, case-play templates. Operators write in. Agents draft from it.
↗ INTELLIGENCEMATTERS.SEReal-time AI sales coaching. Live, not post-call.
Thesis, ICP, objection playbooks. The brain remembers what worked and what bombed.
↗ CALLEOKE.COMWe've built one — ours — so we know how. But a build for you isn't ours with your logo on it: it's a brain grown from your operation — your voice, your customers, your decisions. It might resemble ours, it might not. Either way, the system runs, the brain remembers, and it's yours, forever after.
Every workshop and every build teaches us something about operational AI — what generalises, what doesn't, what the layer underneath looks like. We study it, and we publish it: the Cortex series. The three arms aren't separate businesses — they feed each other.
Real client work is the research input. Every cortex we touch surfaces what holds and what breaks.
We harden what works into infrastructure, best practice, and the published Cortex series.
Sharper workshops, faster builds. The research is why the advisory stays ahead of generic AI training.
Thirty minutes. We figure out if there's a fit and which arm makes sense to start with. No charge, no scoping work — just a straight answer. If it's not a fit, we say so and point you somewhere useful.
A reply within 2 days. A call within the week.
Smaller teams. Operators, not procurement.
A fit check. Free. Not free consulting.
